The PCCA outings are the best place to build relationships with customers and peers. The relaxed environment lends its self to straight forward and fun experiences.
The PCCA is a teaching association where you can come into a business without much experience and find a lot of support and good will. Companies are willing to accept friendly competition, understanding there is always room in the business.

If you want to see one of the major coffee buyers in any of the other coffee associations annual conventions you will need to make an appointment and fight almost 1,000 other attendees for 3 to 5 minutes of their time.
As a member of the PCCA all you have to do is tap them on the shoulder.
The PCCA has always been a small, serious and almost an elite family of which I am proud to be a member.

Going to the PCCA's annual convention was a great way to connect with a diverse group of west coast coffee industry professionals. The conversations we had about industry trends and opportunities will help inform my decisions as I work to meet our customers' evolving and discriminating demand for great-tasting coffee.
